Navigate to the login page and click ‘Forgot Password’. Enter the email address associated with your Panim account and we’ll send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security purposes.
Yes. Panim supports data migration from most major practice management systems. Our onboarding team will guide you through the process, including patient records, appointment history, and clinical notes. Contact us to discuss your specific migration needs.
Your trial gives you full access to all Growth plan features for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your clinic or your account will be paused. No charges, no surprises.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your patient data is stored exclusively on UK-based servers and we are fully GDPR compliant. We are also working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
Yes. Each plan is a flat price per clinic location and covers a set number of clinicians (Starter up to 2, Growth up to 5, Scale unlimited). You can move between plans at any time from your account settings; upgrades are billed pro-rata and downgrades take effect at your next billing period.
Panim is built for UK private specialist clinics and private general practice: weight management, hormone optimisation and TRT clinics, trichology, longevity medicine, aesthetics and dermatology, and private GP practices. We are actively developing playbooks for additional specialties. If yours isn’t listed, contact us. We may be able to build a custom playbook for your clinic.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don’t charge cancellation fees. You can export all your data before cancellation.
